Delivery options and charges

Enter your delivery address at Shopify checkout to see the delivery options and charges available for that order. Review the final amount before paying. We do not advertise a free-delivery threshold or fixed postage price without a confirmed policy.

Eligible delivery destinations, dispatch times, carriers and service estimates have not yet been confirmed. These arrangements must be supplied before the shop accepts orders. An address being entered at checkout should not be interpreted as a promise of international delivery if no eligible shipping service is offered.

Your delivery details

Check the recipient name, street address, postcode and contact details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error afterwards, contact the seller promptly with your order number and corrected information. A change may no longer be possible once a parcel has been dispatched; the seller must explain the available options rather than promise a change it cannot make.

If a parcel is returned because it could not be delivered, contact the seller to discuss redelivery or your applicable cancellation rights. No automatic redelivery fee is stated here; any proposed charge must be clear, reasonable and consistent with your legal rights.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Dispatch is when an order is handed to a carrier; delivery is when it reaches you. Any production lead time for a made-to-order item must be disclosed before purchase. No current express, next-day or guaranteed dispatch service has been confirmed.

Unless you agree a different delivery period, the seller must generally deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. A longer period must be agreed, not assumed. Where a specific date is essential to you, raise it before ordering and obtain agreement rather than relying on a general estimate.

Delayed or missing parcels

If an agreed delivery date has passed, contact the seller with your order number and any tracking reference provided. The seller is responsible for investigating delivery with the carrier; you should not be required to resolve a missing-parcel claim alone.

Where goods are not delivered on time, you may be entitled to set a reasonable additional delivery period and cancel if that period is missed. If delivery by the agreed date was essential, or the seller refuses delivery, you may be entitled to cancel without giving extra time. Any resulting refund must be made without undue delay.

Responsibility normally stays with the seller until you or a person you nominate receives the goods. A tracking status alone is not a blanket waiver of this protection. An exception can apply if you independently appoint a carrier not offered by the seller.

When your order arrives

Check your items and keep the order details. Report a wrong, damaged or faulty item promptly so the issue can be investigated. Your statutory rights are not made dependent on reporting within an invented 24-hour or 48-hour window.

For unwanted online purchases, see Returns & refunds for the cancellation period, return process and refund timing. Faulty or misdescribed goods are dealt with separately from a change of mind.
