1. About these terms
The Boujie Wolf is the business name supplied for this website. Wolfies World brings together Bad Wolf clothing shop and The Boujie Wolf salon information. These terms cover use of this website and purchases of clothing through the shop. Salon appointments are booked separately through Setmore.
The business's full legal entity details, geographical business address and customer-service email have not yet been supplied. They must be confirmed and made available before the shop begins accepting orders. Our Instagram profile is @boujiewolf; it is not a substitute for the statutory business information required for online sales.
These terms apply to consumer purchases. They do not remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Please read the delivery, returns, privacy and cookie pages alongside these terms and keep a copy of the information supplied with your order.
2. Products and information
The product page displays the design, available options and price for each item. Select the option you want before adding it to your bag. Child and adult options describe the variants currently offered; they are not a substitute for garment measurements. If you need precise sizing or material information that is not shown, ask before ordering.
Photographs help show the product design. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not excuse supplying goods that are materially different from their description or sample. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
Availability is taken from the shop's live catalogue. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock or complete a purchase. If an item cannot be supplied, you must be informed and any payment for goods that cannot be supplied must be refunded.
3. Ordering and payment
Purchases follow the shopping bag and Shopify checkout. Review the item, selected option, quantity, delivery address, delivery charge and final total before submitting payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so the order can be processed and you can be contacted about it.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless checkout shows a different supported currency. The final total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, must be shown before you place your order. Available payment methods are those offered by checkout; this website does not provide a separate payment form.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order but should not be confused with a promise that it has already been dispatched. The seller's order-acceptance arrangements must be made clear before payment. Keep the order confirmation and any subsequent acceptance or dispatch communication as your record of the purchase.
If a genuine pricing or product information error is discovered, you must be told before the seller asks you to proceed on corrected terms. You may choose not to proceed and receive a refund of any payment taken for the affected order. A correction cannot remove rights under an existing contract.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery destinations, charges and any agreed delivery times must be provided before an order is placed. The delivery page explains how checkout rates work and what to do about delays. No unconfirmed courier service or dispatch promise should be treated as part of your order.
Unless another delivery period is agreed, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If an agreed or legally required deadline is missed, statutory cancellation and refund rights may apply. The seller remains responsible for goods until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by the seller.
5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
For most online clothing purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 days after notifying the seller to send them back. The returns page explains the process, refund deadlines and the separate rights that apply to faulty goods.
A change-of-mind exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised. It does not automatically apply to standard clothing just because it is produced after ordering. Any applicable exception must be explained before purchase and does not affect rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
No wording in these terms makes a refund for faulty goods discretionary or requires you to accept store credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to one.
6. The Boujie Wolf appointments
The Boujie Wolf's salon page lists service categories and links to Setmore for appointment booking. Service prices, appointment availability and any booking-specific conditions should be reviewed in the booking service before confirming an appointment.
The clothing returns policy does not apply to salon services. Any cancellation, deposit, no-show or rescheduling terms for salon bookings must be clearly supplied at booking; this website does not invent or impose separate fees. If you have a question about a treatment or appointment, contact the salon through the booking details provided there.
7. Website use and intellectual property
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access systems without permission, introduce malicious software, interfere with other customers' use, or submit false or unlawful material.
The brand logos, photographs, designs and written content on this website belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the site and keep copies of order information for personal use. Commercial copying, resale of content or reproduction of designs requires the rights holder's permission.
Links to Shopify checkout, Setmore and social platforms lead to services operated by third parties. Their own service terms and privacy information also apply when you use them. Nothing in this clause removes the seller's responsibilities for your clothing purchase.
8. Responsibility and disputes
The seller is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Liability is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
These terms are intended for a business operating in Scotland and are subject to applicable Scots law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights in their place of residence. If a problem arises, provide your order details and explain the resolution you are seeking so it can be investigated.
Changes to these website terms apply prospectively. An existing order is governed by the terms and mandatory rights that applied when its contract was made, not by a later change that reduces your rights.
